Welcome to Batbaik. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Services
Batbaik provides private aviation charter services, including but not limited to aircraft charter booking, flight coordination, and concierge services. All services are subject to availability and operational requirements.
2. Booking and Reservations
All charter bookings are subject to aircraft and crew availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Batbaik. We reserve the right to substitute aircraft of similar or superior category if the originally booked aircraft becomes unavailable.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. Full payment is typically required prior to departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of charter and timing. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur significant fees.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must provide valid identification and travel documents. All passengers must comply with applicable aviation regulations and crew instructions. Batbaik reserves the right to refuse carriage to any passenger who appears intoxicated, poses a security risk, or fails to comply with safety requirements.
6. Luggage and Personal Items
Luggage allowances vary by aircraft type. Dangerous goods, illegal substances, and prohibited items are not permitted on any flight. Batbaik is not liable for loss or damage to personal items unless caused by gross negligence.
7. Liability Limitations
Batbaik's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for all operations. Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the incident.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
9. Modifications
Batbaik reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Buenos Aires.
